I always believed I was a good leader, but after I took this course, I realized that there is so much more that I did not know about what makes a positive leader.

Values Game
We were given a list of values in an envelope on different pieces of paper, then worked our way through them to see which ones truly mattered to us. It was very eye opening.

Group Dynamics
We worked in two separate groups and sat across from each other in a circle. We had to discuss really big topics that have varying opinions. It was interesting to work through different opinions on topics like student athletes.
